Advanced Septic was called to check my sewer system. They responded promptly and found that the tank was full and needed to be emptied, cleaned and the filter needed to be cleaned. The technicians, Moses and Hunter were very knowledgeable and performed the service promptly and professionally. The also determined that the system had a blockage in the plumbing and referred this issue to Mr. Rooter which came out promptly the next day and resolved the problem. This company and its technicians are first class, professional and friendly. I especially enjoyed talking with the technicians and appreciate their knowledge of septic tank and plumbing problems and educating me about these issues. I would be remiss if I didn't also compliment the office personnel (Ms. Kim) who initially took my call and mades sure that my concerns were routed to the appropriate personnel. Word of mouth was great, so we called Advanced Septic for routine service. They communicated extremely well, by both email and text, letting us know the status of the truck. The crew (Alton and Aaron) arrived a few minutes early and immediately went at it. They worked quickly, efficiently and with an amazing attitude. It’s clear these guys knew their job and enjoyed customer interaction. I can’t recommend them strongly enough! In and out in less than an hour. If your tank needs to be emptied and you want great service with a smile, look no further!

I had a septic system backup and i called Advanced Septic to assist me in the matter. Thankfully, they were able to work me into their schedule the same day. In addition, I appreciate the reasonable two-hour window of arrival that i was provided. I even received a courtesy call from the office to let me know once the technicians were on the way to my residence. Upon arrival, both Hunter and Moses were friendly, professional, and immediately started working on my issue. Once my issue was resolved, they briefly took the time to educate me on preventative system maintenance and in the process, i noticed they returned the disturbed area of my yard to a reasonable visable appearance. I highly recommend Advanced Septic!

Fast, efficient, and they only did what was necessary. I just needed my filter cleaned and did not need my tank pumped. Therefore, I saved about 120 bucks versus another company I could have used.

I called every business within the tri-county area and this was the only place that could come out on such a short notice as well as travel to Dunnellon. The two gentlemen that pumped my septic tank were extremely nice and professional. Showed up on time, worked quickly and were kind enough to answer my questions and share some knowledge about maintenance. The receptionist I scheduled with was a pleasure to speak with as well. I would definitely use their services again!

Called them for a septic tank Draining(toilet, shower were backing up). They showed first thing in the morning. after draining the tank(even rinsed of the side of the tank) they realized my problem was a clog in the main pipe. even though that wasn't what they were there for they tried to unclogged it. they went for beyond what they where there for! great service and good price.
